Tricia Kolczynski, FNP-C
Tricia was raised in Phelps, NY and graduated from Lyons High School. Initially interested in medical school, she soon learned her real love was nursing and graduated from FLCC in 1993 as an RN. She continued her education at the University of Rochester, first obtaining her BSN and later her MSN in the Family Nurse Practitioner program in 1999.
As she completed her education, she worked at Strong Memorial Hospital in neurology and pediatrics, and later in adult primary care. Her first NP job was in pediatric primary care, a job she cherished for 9 years. She especially enjoyed working with children with allergies and asthma during that time, and she is excited about the opportunity to work with these patients at AAIR.
Tricia lives in Fairport with her husband David and their two sons. When she isn’t walking the dog on the trails of Fairport and running the kids here and there, she enjoys golfing, watching her boys play baseball, gardening, skiing, snowshoeing, and spending time with friends and family.
