About AAIR

AAIR has provided allergy and asthma care for adults and children since 1985. We are Rochester’s last independent allergy practice. Our aim is long-term relief with far less daily medication.
Our physicians are board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Pediatrics. Our nurse practitioners focus on customized allergy and asthma care. Providers have no ties to pharmaceutical companies. Every plan is built for that patient.
We use comprehensive, evidence-based testing and treatment for asthma, nasal and eye allergies, cough, sinus disease, hives and angioedema, stinging-insect allergy, food allergy, drug allergy, contact dermatitis, and mast cell disorders, among others. We offer allergy shots / immunotherapy, including vials that can be given at a primary care office, college, or out of town when appropriate. Biologic therapies are available for advanced asthma and hives. An on-site infusion center treats patients from allergy as well as dermatology, gastroenterology, gout, immunology, neurology, ophthalmology, osteoporosis, and rheumatology — typically at a lower cost than hospital-based infusion, with no hospital facility fee.
Offices are in Brighton/Henrietta, Perinton, and Canandaigua. No referral is required. New appointments are typically available in under two weeks. AAIR provides the daily pollen counts featured on every Rochester TV station.
