CURRENT Visitor Restrictions-UPDATED 4/16/2020
March 20, 2020 9:44 am
We’d like to make you aware of some changes our practice is implementing as we work to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
EFFECTIVE MONDAY, 3/23/2020: ALL patients are limited to 1 (one) accompanying person per visit. DO NOT ENTER our offices if you are experiencing fever, chills, persistent cough or cold symptoms. GO HOME, call your primary care physician’s office then call us to reschedule your appointment.
TEMPERATURES will be taken on ALL patients AND their accompanying person. IF YOUR TEMPERATURE IS 100.4 F or greater, you will be told to leave our office, go home and call your primary care physician’s office.
Pharmaceutical Reps MUST call our offices to schedule an appointment to enter our offices. DO NOT ENTER without an appointment.
Effective Wednesday, 4/15/2020: By Executive Order of the Governor of New York State: ALL people in public in NYS must have a mask or mouth/nose covering (handkerchief, bandana, scarf-as long as it covers your nose and mouth). They must wear it in any situation where you are unable to maintain social distancing. This means that in order to enter any Allergy Asthma Immunology of Rochester office, each person and their accompanying person must each have either a mask or mouth/nose covering. There is a three day grace period being granted so for all Allergy Asthma Immunology of Rochester offices, this will go into effect on Monday, 4/20/2020.
Thank you for your support in our efforts to keep our staff and patients safe.
